Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing services in a faith-based, resident-focused environment. The role will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, ensuring safe, quality care and thorough documentation.

You will conduct admissions and routine assessments, monitor resident conditions, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold infection control and safety standards while supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in state of practice (Georgia).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
