Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a dynamic role overseeing nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Positions include full-time and part-time with shift options (3 pm–11 pm; 11 pm–7 am) and daily pay.

The ideal candidate holds PA RN license, BLS CPR, and 2+ years’ nursing experience; supervisory experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff across shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document necessary interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate changes in condition with physicians, teams, residents, and families.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.

$38/hr-$60/hr. (all-inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
