Job summary

Hc in the New York area is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Day Shift to oversee nursing staff and resident care. The role focuses on managing resident and staff activities, ensuring care plans are implemented per policies, and guiding geriatric care with assessment and diagnostic skills.

The RN Supervisor will model professional standards, coordinate care delivery, and support a safe, compliant, and compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities.
• Directs formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills.

RN Supervisor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. Salary Range: Up to $120,000 a year (Based on Experience)
