CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time leadership role in New York. The position oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures adherence to facility policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active RN license, and recent leadership experience in a geriatric setting. Per-Diem weekend shift is available with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

RN Supervisor-Full Time

NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance the company's policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills. Serves as professional role model to the other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Shift Needs:

Per-Diem (Weekend)

Salary: $50 to $55 an hour
