Job summary

The-Chateau-At-Brooklyn-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente seeks an RN Supervisor to lead resident care and supervise staff. This role uses nursing practice and management skills to ensure care is delivered in line with company policies and to direct care plans for geriatric residents.

Qualifications include RN licensure, a BSN or equivalent experience, and prior nursing home leadership. Per-Diem weekend shifts are required, with pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance the company's policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills. Serves as professional role model to the other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Shift Needs:

Per-Diem (Weekend)

Salary: $50 to $55 an hour
