Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification required.
  • Four or more years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.

Job description

Sign on Bonus: $3,000 for part-time supervisor!

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
  2. Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team
  4. Review care plans daily to confirm appropriate care is being rendered
  5. Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
  6. Perform other special projects and duties as assigned
  7. Handle wounds, quality improvement, and clinical responsibilities
Qualifications:
  1. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
  2. Current CPR/BLS Certification
  3. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  4. Four or more years of nursing experience
  5. At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting
  6. Ability to multi-task
  7. Primary Series of the COVID Vaccination required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption)
