Schedule: Part-Time (16 Hours, every other Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun | 12a - 8a)

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff across the facility during assigned shifts
Serve as the clinical and administrative point person for residents, families, and staff
Respond to emergencies and escalate issues appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Education -Graduateof anaccreditedschoolofnursing.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
Three years in Clinical practice, with one year in long-term care required.
Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.
Computer literacy strongly preferred.
CPR certification.
