eKidzCare is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our Sewickley Office location. We will train! This positionincludes local travel throughout the surrounding Pittsburgh area. This role requires commuting to the office and the patient's homes.

Schedule:

RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Orienting and evaluating field staff (nurses/aides) and assisting in the appropriate assignment of duties
• Ensuring that all direct care staff are performing their job duties appropriate to their job descriptions and ePeople standards
• Monitoring and supervising all clinical care and medical services ordered
• Coordination of care between multidisciplinary teams
• Participate inchart reviews and quarterly patientaudits according to company policies and procedures
• On-call Rotations (95% call based, 5% onsite)
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PA Nursing License
• One year of active RN (Registered Nurse) experience is required
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Ability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow as the company expands and changes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized work habits, and detail-orientation
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to initiate and delegate duties as required
• Able to prioritize, plan, organize, evaluate, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of governmental rules and regulations as they pertain to Home Health Care Services (preferred, not required)
• Desire to lead by example, modeling the mission and standards of the company while conducting all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
• Employee and customer relation skills (internal and external customers)
• Computer and technological aptitude regarding new modalities for patient care/documentation
