Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care while supporting staff and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The RN Supervisor will oversee overnight operations, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of progressive nursing experience in LTC/SNF or nursing home settings.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in daily operations of the nursing department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety and quality standards.
• Respond to clinical concerns and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections and quality initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, resident-centered care environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards.

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and overall quality standards.
• Respond to clinical concerns and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered care environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage overnight operations.
