Job summary

Crestwood Health Care Center in Missouri seeks an experienced LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor for the evening shift to lead our unit with professionalism and empathy. You will ensure documentation accuracy, mentor staff, coordinate care with the DON, and maintain high standards of resident safety and comfort while managing high-stress situations.

Current, unencumbered LPN license required; strong communication skills and leadership ability are essential.

Requirements:

• The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license
