Job summary

Rest-Haven-Health-Care-Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking an RN Charge Nurse – Supervisor to lead our nursing team with compassion and clinical excellence.

The RN will supervise CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors, oversee medication administration, and ensure safety and dignity for residents. A valid RN license is required; benefits include health, dental, disability, vision, and a 401(k) with PTO.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
