Job summary

Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healing Center is hiring an RN Supervisor for a full-time 11-7 shift with daily pay. The role offers an all-inclusive hourly rate of $38-$50, based on experience.

The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates resident care to promote safe, high-quality outcomes. Qualifications include an active New Jersey RN license and BLS; 2+ years of nursing experience; no prior supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey is required.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, and timely resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency for multiple residents.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
