Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full‑time, 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift in New Jersey. You will lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight for staff and residents.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
