Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 3 PM–11 PM shift. The role offers Daily Pay and a competitive pay range of $38.00–$60.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee nursing staff to promote safe, high-quality resident care in a 215-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active RN license in the state where the facility operates.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing care for multiple residents.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
