Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The RN Supervisor will work under the DON to oversee nursing and support staff, ensuring high-quality care for patients with diverse physical and behavioral health needs.

The role requires an RN with a license and PPD screening, CPR certification, and prior supervisory or corrections experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of RN experience.
• RN license or ability to obtain one.
• Must show PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Plainfield Correctional Facility located in Plainfield, Indiana.The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff.
