Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor for Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. This full-time role supports the DON by supervising nursing and support staff and coordinating care for inmates with diverse physical and behavioral health needs.

The RN Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with TB screening, CPR, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• RN license required or ability to obtain one.
• Current PPD documentation for TB screening required.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred; security clearance eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Plainfield Correctional Facility located in Plainfield, Indiana.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
