Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor at New Castle Correctional Facility in New Castle, Indiana. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing and support staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree with at least two years RN experience, RN license, CPR certification, and TB screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree plus at least 2 years RN experience required.
• RN license required or ability to obtain.
• Must show/obtain current PPD TB documentation for tuberculosis screening.
• CPR certification required; supervisory and corrections experience preferred; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the Director of Nursing.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at New Castle Correctional Facility located in New Castle, Indiana.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
