Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Director of Nursing for the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. The role provides clinical, educational, and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in a correctional setting.

The position reports to the contract manager and partners with mental health and medical leadership to enhance health care for incarcerated individuals. Indiana RN license or ability to obtain it is required, with BSN strongly preferred and CPR current.

Qualifications

• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain license.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in a correctional environment.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and multidisciplinary team to improve incarcerated patient health care.
