Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Branchville Correctional Facility in Branchville, Indiana. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time night shift (6:30pm–7am) offers competitive pay ($38-$49 per hour) and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and CE benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• RN license or ability to obtain license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and implement care plans within the appropriate scope of practice.
