Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on site in Virginia. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM shifts.

This role requires an active VA RN license and BLS CPR, with at least 2 years of nursing experience and strong leadership skills. As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily nursing care, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate with physicians and families to promote safe, high-quality

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

$38 - $50 an hour (all-inclusive)

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
