Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. Working shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM at our 81-bed facility, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor resident health, and ensure adherence to care plans.

In addition to offering competitive pay at $40 - $42 per hour, we provide benefits like tuition reimbursement, health insurances, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of VA.
