Vasona Creek Healthcare in Los Gatos, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the NOC shift. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest quality patient care in a post-acute rehab and skilled nursing setting.

We require at least 1 year SNF experience, California RN license, and BLS/CPR. This full-time leadership role offers a premium hourly wage of $50–$53 and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, guide floor staff, and ensure the highest quality of patient care is maintained throughout the facility.To ensure the safety and continuity of our specialized care, candidates must have at least 1 year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience to apply.
