Vasona Creek Healthcare Center in Los Gatos, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the NOC shift. This full-time leadership role oversees clinical operations, guides floor staff, and ensures high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of SNF nursing experience and an active CA RN license, with BLS/CPR certification. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $50.00 to $53.00, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Current, unrestricted RN license in California
Valid BLS/CPR certification

Mansioni

Clinical Leadership: supervise, mentor, and direct floor nurses (RNs/LVNs) and CNAs to ensure care standards.
Facility Oversight: act as on-site clinical leader, manage workflow, staffing adjustments, and operations.
Advanced Patient Care: oversee complex assessments, medication administration, and treatments; assist with direct care as needed.
Quality Assurance: ensure charting, medical records, and incident reports are accurately documented per SNF regulations.
Incident Response: lead facility response to emergencies and changes in resident status, and communicate with families or physicians.
