Job summary

Vasona Creek Healthcare in Los Gatos, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the NOC shift. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest quality patient care in a post-acute rehab and skilled nursing setting.

We require at least 1 year SNF experience, California RN license, and BLS/CPR. This full-time leadership role offers a premium hourly wage of $50–$53 and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LVNs, and CNAs to uphold care standards.
• On-site clinical leadership with scheduling and workflow management.
• Oversee complex assessments, med administration, and treatments.
• Lead incident response and ensure proper documentation per SNF regulations.
