Job summary

Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff on assigned shifts. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with day and evening hours to cover patient care needs.

Qualifications include an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Training is provided for those without prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ (active, unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Daily Pay!

$38/hr-$60/hr. (all-inclusive)

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
