Complete Care at Groton Regency is hiring an RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) in Groton, CT. The role supports care planning, staff scheduling, and family communication for residents requiring long-term care and post-acute therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency
• REQUIRED: Prior Long Term Care Experience

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed

• 3-11p Every Other Weekend

• 7-3pm Every Weekend

• Extra Shift Diff Pay $2.00 Sun - Thu & $3.00 Fri and Sat
