Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute in Virginia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical leadership for staff on assigned shifts.

The role emphasizes safe, high-quality resident care and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. A current VA RN license and BLS CPR are required, with 2+ years of nursing experience preferred. This is a full- or part-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.

FT/PT: 11 PM- 7 AM

$38 - $50 an hour (all-inclusive)
