Job summary

Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for nights and weekend overnight shifts to lead nursing staff and ensure resident well-being.

You will schedule and assign staff, maintain a compassionate environment, monitor privacy and ensure documentation accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
