Job summary

Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY is seeking an RN Supervisor for night and weekend overnight shifts. You will schedule and supervise nursing staff, ensure resident care, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with at least 3 years in long-term care, demonstrates strong leadership, and is proficient with electronic health records and prescribing software.

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
