Oneida Health Rehabilitation & Extended Care in Oneida, NY is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 7p-7a shift at our Extended Care Facility. You will coordinate patient care, supervise LPNs, and report to a supervisory nursing position.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, compassion for residents, and proficient clinical judgement for patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing is required; NY RN license is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Educate and assist nursing staff on nursing problems, clinical techniques, and ward management.
• Assign nursing personnel to meet the needs of residents.
• Provide supervisory oversight to employees including orientation and performance evaluation.
• Demonstrate managerial leadership and collaborate with Nursing Leadership to improve resident care.

Oneida Health is looking for a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (7p-7a) for our Extended Care Facility. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care and performing nursing services requiring specialized judgment and skills. You will supervise LPNs and related support nursing staff and report to a supervisory-level nursing position. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, possess strong leadership skills, show kindness and compassion to our residents with a customer service attitude, and be able to use professional judgment with regard to patient care.
