Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency currently seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff in a senior living community. You will supervise CNAs/LPNs, ensure quality resident care, and manage documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include medication administration, admissions/discharges, and coordinating care plans with the nursing team, while maintaining a safe work environment and high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Passion for working with seniors and fostering teamwork.
• Good documentation skills and knowledge of nursing regulations.
