Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to lead nursing staff in a long-term care setting. The role focuses on safe, efficient patient area management and adherence to licensure and regulatory standards.

You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality care, monitor vital signs and specimens, and provide emotional support to residents and their families in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term care patient area and nursing department shift.
• Plan and direct activities of staff and oversee quality patient care.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care.
• Take and record resident vital signs and collect laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
