Job summary

Ivy Park Post Acute in Pittsburgh (Shadyside), PA, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3rd shift. Earn $41-$45 per hour and enjoy a tight-knit team in a 150-bed post-acute facility with strong family atmosphere and opportunities for growth.

You will oversee direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards under the DON. Nursing licensure in PA and CPR certification are required, with PCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain required continuing education and licensing, and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of direct nursing care to residents and assist with care as needed.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Work under the Director of Nursing to ensure care meets state, federal, and local standards.
• Lead on the floor with support from a tenured team and leadership.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide supervision of the direct nursing care to our residents, assisting with care as needed, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our CNAs. You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll lead on the floor, and you'll never lead alone. What You'll Need

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing, and to remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
