Job summary

Harborview-Health-Center-Sarasota in Sarasota, FL is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise RN/LPNs, CNAs, and aides, complete admissions and routine assessments, and monitor residents to respond to changes in condition.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and adherence to infection control standards in a faith-based care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do
