Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week on the Rotating Shift at our Christiana Hospital on the 5A Stepdown Unit. You will manage a 4-5 patient assignment and collaborate with a wide interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

BSN is required, ADN candidates may be considered with a 3-year BSN commitment, and BLS certification is expected. Weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines, with strong opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• ADN candidates considered with 3-year BSN commitment
• Minimum one year of experience required (acute or sub-acute preferred)
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Manage a 4–5 patient assignment on the 5A Stepdown Unit
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PCTs, Pharmacy, PT, RT
• Engage in orientation and ongoing professional development
