Job summary

ChristianaCare seeks a Registered Nurse for the Wilmington Hospital 6SS Stepdown Unit. The role is 36 hours per week, night shift (7p–7a) with weekends/holidays per department guidelines. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 may be paid over 24 months.

Candidates should have a BSN or be pursuing it within three years, and RN licensure with at least 2 years of experience; telemetry experience is a plus. BLS is required; ACLS preferred with commitment to obtain ACLS within 6 months.

• BSN required; commitment to obtaining BSN within three years from date of hire

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with hospitalists and the multidisciplinary team, assess patients’ physical and emotional status and health history
