Job summary

Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down. This part-time daytime role involves two 12-hour shifts weekly with some weekends. The unit bridges ICU and medical-surgical care, supports a 24-bed PCU with a collaborative team and state-of-the-art technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license (or multistate) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for patients birth to death.
• Perform patient assessments and plan of care with outcome goals.
• Organize data and develop and execute care plans.
• Communicate with Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager/physician as appropriate.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support team members.
