Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities for Medical/Surgical patients and supervise LPNs, Unit Assistants, and CNAs.
• Adhere to State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies; provide care and documentation.
• Support department and hospital goals and participate in shift coverage (12-hour shifts).
