Job summary

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Board Certified Nursing Program.
• Current LA RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification through ILCOR-affiliated courses (e.g., AHA, Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities for Medical/Surgical patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Unit Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Follow hospital policies and nursing standards in performance of duties and responsibilities.
• Support the goals and objectives of the department and hospital.
