Job summary

Eureka-Rehabilitation- is seeking an RN Staff Nurse to provide licensed nursing care in a long-term care setting under the Director of Nursing Services. This full-time role is on the NOC shift and requires a valid RN license and CPR certification.

Starting wage is $45.00 per hour, with increases based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential to maintain care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current nursing license in good standing with the State board.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking to analyze clinical data and plan care.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and resident care standards.
• Willingness to work with professional and nonprofessional staff; English proficiency.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders within scope of practice and policies.
• Administer professional services to support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents; orient new residents and families.
• Record accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered; monitor responses.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in care conferences and QA activities.
