Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Possess CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide quality patient care according to standards.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care as prescribed by physician/health care professional.
• Administers professional services to support residents' well-being.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents according to policy.
• Gives/receives nursing reports at shift changes; documents care in medical records.
• Initiates, revises, and updates resident plans of care; transcribes orders accurately.
• Administers medications as ordered and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Supervises CNAs and participates in care conferences and QA activities.
