Job summary

Aurora Health and Rehabiliation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and support residents and families with clinical needs on day-to-day shifts.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options, competitive hourly wages ($38-$45) with shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and a $6750 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Effectively carries out medication management to ensure adequate supplies and that all medications are handled in accordance with company policy.
• Ensures that residents attending physician and family or responsible party are promptly notified of any significant change in the resident's health condition.
• Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents, accidents, and adverse events to Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that residents’ accidents/incident, adverse event and grievances/concerns are fully documented, investigated, reported and addressed in accordance with company policies and procedures and the Federal/State rules and regulations.
• Understands, upholds and promotes the rights of the residents.
• Ensures residents can exercise rights without interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal from the facility.
• Ensures protected health information is kept confidential.
