Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois is required.
• BSN preferred but not required; ongoing professional development encouraged.
• CPR – Basic Life Support certification is required or must be obtained prior to joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications safely, adhering to six rights and patient age/condition considerations.
• Educate patients and families, document responses, and participate in discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
