Job summary

Hillcrest Village in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, skills assessments, and training for nursing staff, conduct clinical observations, and support quality assurance under the Director of Nursing Services.

The role includes assisting with new hire processes, championing employee recognition and retention, and promoting CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) across the facility; Indiana RN license or eligibility

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or eligibility.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead education, skills competencies, training, and clinical observations.
• Perform quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
