Job summary

Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is seeking an experienced RN Administrator to lead the nursing team and advocate for residents and staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. As an RN with a valid license, you will develop and implement infection control protocols, supervise isolation precautions, plan in-service training, and make rounds with physicians.

You will monitor medication passes to ensure proper techniques are followed, provide training for nursing

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with a valid license.
• Experience developing and implementing infection control protocols.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infection control protocol.
• Supervise isolation precautions and practices.
• Plan and implement organized in-service, orientation, and training programs.
• Interpret infection control policies and procedures as necessary.
• Make rounds with physicians as necessary.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments to assure proper techniques.
• Provide training and in-service support for nursing assistants in their role functions.
