Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is seeking an RN Administrator to lead nursing services and advocate for residents and staff. The role involves directing daily nursing activities, coordinating admissions/discharges, and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

The position emphasizes administrative responsibilities, staff support, and maintaining a compassionate, quality-care environment for residents in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing activities; Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Manage daily care of residents; Develop work assignments.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules; perform necessary nursing duties.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms and reports; Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and company guidelines.
