Job summary

Timbers of Jasper is now hiring a Staff Development Coordinator (RN). This role requires an Indiana RN license and will lead education, skills competencies, and clinical observations under the Director of Nursing Services.

The coordinator will conduct quality assurance audits, assist with onboarding, and promote CARE values while engaging staff and promoting growth across American Senior Communities in Indiana.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conducts education, skills competencies, training, and clinical observations.
• Performs quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assists with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Champions staff engagement and recognition to support retention.
• Advocates for growth and development within the organization.
