Job summary

Markle Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator who is a Registered Nurse to lead education, skills competency audits, and clinical observations under the Director of Nursing Services. You will support new hire onboarding and drive engagement and retention through growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Drive staff engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.
• Serve as an advocate for growth and development within Markle Health & Rehabilitation.
