Autumnwood Care Centre in Tiffin, OH is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing team. You will lead education initiatives that promote high-quality patient care and support a culture of excellence.

In this role you will develop curricula, conduct trainings, and measure program effectiveness while collaborating with other departments to implement policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and curricula to enhance nursing staff skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to promote clinical excellence and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to develop policies and protocols that support high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote teamwork and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to improve training and outcomes.
