Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty Coordinator to lead quality improvement initiatives, coordinate resources and support cost reduction while maintaining patient-centered care.

Under supervision, this role evaluates patient responses to treatments, adjusts care plans, mentors staff, and organizes orientation, education, and clinical development activities, while managing department schedules for optimal patient throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) or Associates Degree for those hired before the specified date.
• Minimum two years RN experience, with one year in a clinical specialty.
• Active North Carolina or Compact state RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and provide technical support to focus on quality improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Review team performance, provide feedback and mentoring, and organize orientation, education, and clinical development activities.
• Manage department schedules and staffing for optimal patient throughput.
